How do I purchase Mulberry Extended Protection?

How do I file a claim?
Simply log in to your dedicated Mulberry dashboard at getmulberry.com/login for a 1-click, receiptless claims filing process. You can also contact the Mulberry customer support team via support@getmulberry.com.
What happens if I return or exchange my LIV Watches products?
Each Mulberry Extended Protection plan is tied to the specific product with which it was purchased. This means when you return or exchange your product, you will also need to cancel the warranty with Mulberry (and purchase a new plan if you prefer).

Be careful not to change the day or date on your mechanical movement between the hours of 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Rapid date correction during this time period can damage the calendar mechanism.
After setting the time, be sure to push the crown all the way in, and screw it down completely. Loose lips may sink ships (a WWII slogan) but loose crowns will sink your watch allowing water or moisture to enter the case.
For maximum battery life on your quartz chronograph, do not leave the chrono function running continuously. Use, reset, turn off. Leaving a mechanical chrono running will use up all the power reserve after you take your watch off.

Here’s the drill to return your bronze to a like-new appearance. Before you get started, remove the strap and make sure that the crown is fully closed. Since you'll be using water, you don't want any moisture getting in and damaging the internal precision parts.
Our five year international warranty covers all manufacturing flaws. If there's an issue with your watch, we can service it. No matter the problem our in-house master watchmaker can inspect and bring your LIV back to life.

Our mechanical movements are exceptionally rugged. Still, even the finest mechanism can benefit from some fine-tuning. To maintain your warranty, we recommend you send your mechanical automatic watch to LIV for an overhaul every 20-24 months.

Let LIV replace the battery for you! We recommend fans send their watches to us to replace the battery. Sure, changing a battery isn't rocket science. However, opening the case back can damage (even imperceptibly) the gasket and compromise the water resistance. It will also void our warranty.
