The following nine steps are taken for each watch sent to LIV for service because any interaction with LIV involves meticulous care and attention.

How do I get my watch serviced?

Please complete the Service Request Form above to request service.

A member of our team will then personally analyze your request and provide you with a response within 12-24 hours. Please don't send your watch back to us until you hear from us. Thank you in advance.

How do I get my battery changed?

We offer free LIFETIME battery replacement. All you are responsible for is the return shipping and insurance.

Should you not want to send your watch to our watch service facility in Miami, you can take the watch to any authorized dealers from the following brands to replace the battery. (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Panerai, IWC, Breitling, Omega , and Tag Heuer)

How do I send my watch?

We recommend shipping your watch with insurance and adult signature required using a major courier such as FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that one of our team members has not signed for.

We do not recommend sending your package with USPS.
