90 DAYS FOR FULL REFUND

You have 90 days to retun your watch. So you have plenty of time to decide whether you'd like to return or exchange it. If you choose to return the watch, you will receive a FULL refund on the form of payment you used to buy the watch.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING IN THE US

If you'd like to return your watch and you're in the US, we'll send you a free shipping label (not available for items purchased as preorders). For international exchanges, we provide up to $20 in store credit as shipping reimbursement.

Not sure if you should place that order? No worries! As long as your watch is in exactly the same condition in which you received it, we'll return it or exchange it for you, no questions asked. Ordering a gorgeous watch has never been easier.

Return Instructions

WHAT TO RETURN

If you're requesting a refund, please ship the item back to us packaged inside the box with all the relevant paperwork and tags, exactly as you received it. If you're requesting an exchange, please only ship back the watch, securely packaged in bubble wrap. Please do not send us the watch box if you're exchanging the watch.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN

We'll cover the cost of shipping and insurance for all US based customers who did not purchase their watch on preorder. We'll do so by sending a return label once the form above is completed (within 48 business hours). We also provide a $20 store credit as a reimbursement for international shipping expenses on exchanges. Please ship via a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) or your national postal service, with insurance and delivery to LIV watches prepaid. HOW TO LABEL YOUR PACKAGE

Label the outside of your package, and include a note in your package, with your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your RAN is the same number as the original order number. International customers: Please label the package as a "Return / Repair" so that we are not charged import duties.
