HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

You can start a LIVE CHAT with us to get started or reach out to us at info@livwatches.com. We will be in touch by email after to get your idea and necessary artwork materials. You can sketch it roughly on paper and photograph it to communicate your dial design or let us know the changes.

WHICH WATCH MODELS CAN I CUSTOMIZE?

We only offer custom builds for the P-51 Pilot or the classic favorite, GX-AC.

IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR MY CUSTOM BUILD LIV WATCH?

Yes, your custom LIV watch comes with a five-year warranty from the date of purchase. You can repair or replace the watch if it has a manufacturing defect. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or misuse.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOM BUILD?

Usually, the production time of a standard customized watch is 6-8 weeks. Time varies depending on complexity.

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@livwatches.com with quote and order number and the changes you may want to make. We'll confirm once your order has been updated.

However, please note there's a $200 non refundable fee once the custom build order has already started.
