Just opened my FedEx delivery from Liv watches and what an experience. First off, my watch arrived at my home in the UK within 3 days of order online. Secondly, the packaging is unbelievable, way better than I imagined. Thirdly, the customer journey is simply wonderful! From the chat with Ernest to help my watch choice to the messages from the founder Chaz and the welcome to the Liv family. These guys really nailed customer service.
All this means nothing if the product isn’t great . This watch is wonderful. I’ve got Tag Heuer and other Swiss watches and this watch is my favourite.
