We chose high-grade ceramic for the P-51 bezel because it's exceptionally durable and nearly indestructible. The high tech ceramic we've used for the P-51 will last a lifetime. The other great thing about this ceramic bezel is how well the BGW9 Swiss lume material fuses with it. We can't be prouder of how this bezel came out.
It's twice the strength and half the weight of steel. Indeed, the primary advantage of a titanium watch is its ability to be tough and not heavy at the same time. A titanium watch won't crack regardless of the abuse it gets. Exposure to saltwater irrespective of the salt density will not erode it. The P-51 titanium is very comfortable to wear because of the lightweight of the high-grade titanium we use and our wrist-molding case design.
A classic in its own right, this legendary movement was first launched in 1973 and instantaneously became a classic. Over the past five decades, ETA has been working hard to fine-tune this incredible chronograph movement. So, what we have today is a very precise automatic mechanical timekeeping movement that will be with us for generations to come. Accuracy is impressive at +/- five seconds per day.
Five layers of Swiss Luminova on the broadly applied indexes and three layers on the hands and dial tracking give you that super bright luminescence you need for a quick midnight time telling. Plus, it makes the dial pop during the day.
Each version of the P-51 is limited to just 500 pieces. The limited-edition number of each watch is clearly visible on a titanium plate located on the side of the case. Each P51 comes with a beautiful Limited Edition card, making it that much more special. We are a boutique Swiss watch brand that focuses on unique watches and produces them in small batches.
