As a new customer (and now fan) I was blown away by the service and after sales communications from the LIV team! My initial order of the cool gray GX1 with a silicone strap arrived way sooner than I thought and when I saw the watch it was every bit as impressive as I'd hoped, even the packaging was first class!
I love my watch but I thought a steel strap would make it look even better! As with my first delivery, the strap arrived before I knew it and that's when my second pleasant surprise happened. I think I ordered the wrong colour because the strap was slightly lighter than my watch but I absolutely love it! The contrast looks brilliant, this is by far the best watch I have ever had and I hope to add more LIV watches to my GX1 in the near future, fantastic product and fantastic customer service
