FROM BUENOS AIRES TO MIAMI
Argentina and north-eastern Italy: those are the firm Latin roots of Luciano Ros, known as Lucho or @luckylocciano, a man who has proudly made America his home since 15. Lucho has known and valued the importance of sincere, passionate customer service since leaving school and starting in the hotel and restaurant industries. We at LIV Watches appreciate and understand that commitment to the customer, which is why Lucho was a perfect match as an ambassador for our Rebel collection.
Lucho loves and admires watches. For him, they define a man. He also appreciates the mechanics of a watch, not to mention the unique heritage of a sought-after brand.
Lucho is currently a business development partner for a software tech company. He’s aiming to launch a company called Fast Glory, which will be an apparel brand with a focus on culture, cinematography, and collaboration with local artists in Miami.
Unsurprisingly, this successful guy with a rebellious streak likes to take to the open road on his bike and explore America, far and wide. And although he may miss the food and culture of his native Argentina, he appreciates the security, freedom, and easy access to travel the world that the US gives him.

TIMELESS MOMENT: LIVE A LIFE LESS ORDINARY
THE SETTING: SOUNDLUX AUDIO
Our video shoot with Lucho took place at Soundlux Audio, a premier audio
showroom in Miami. The unique studio is in a luxe private loft set up with the best audio equipment around. Soundlux Audio helps curate the most pitch-perfect and appropriate audio solutions for clients worldwide, emphasizing superb clarity of sound and musicality.
The Miami New Times has called Soundlux Audio, “…as close to paradise as a South Florida audiophile could ask for.” It was the perfect place to spend time with Lucho, a man who appreciates the good life and the very best in technology.
Connecting: LIV and the Rebel DDC
Lucho is a fan of LIV Watches because he believes our brand shares his own “search for a life less ordinary, seeking adventure and getting out of our comfort zones,” as he puts it so well. He admires LIV’s innovation with a rebellious edge. After all, this is a man who is a sub-elite triathlete who has competed all over the world. He believes the sport has changed his life, making him more committed and disciplined in all he does.
He’s a man who loves to work with his hands when he can, having rebuilt his 1974 Toyota FJ Land Cruiser engine, and currently overhauling a 1979 Honda XL500. That’s why he can appreciate the limited edition Rebel-DDC with its precision Swiss quartz day date chronograph movement. Also a man of refined taste, he equally loves the aesthetics of its multi-layer, concave stadium-style sandwich dial featuring hands with BGW9 luminescence.
The Forest Green is the perfect Rebel-DDC match for Lucho, given that as a young boy, his dream car was in British racing green colors, with a tan interior. For him, it’s one of his favorite combinations. So, no small wonder that a classic piece such as the Rebel-DDC Forest Green with a strap in finest brown Italian leather is a perfect fit.
Lucho. Soundlux Audio. The LIV Rebel DDC Forest Green. Consider it man, technology, and craftsmanship in perfect synergy.
"Lucho embodies everything that inspired us to design and make this watch - adventure, a sense of wanderlust for the world, and rugged masculinity that appreciates the good things in life and fine craftsmanship. And the Rebel-DDC looks great on his wrist!"
