I had been looking at LIV watches for quite a while now. It's hard to purchase a watch site unseen as I've been burned in the past. I love watches but I'm not into the luxury brands, I'm a micro-brand $500 to $3000 watch guy. My collection consists of some of the following, Christopher Ward, Bulova, Movado, Zelos Q, Panzera etc.
The reviews and the limited edition factor of LIV was drawing me in. I decided to pull an entry level trigger for Gravel 002 to dip my toes in the water.

I then received a welcome video along with timely updates on shipping. Total 1st class experience that I assume luxury brand watch companies provide.
The watch packaging was outstanding. Putting it in the little bag was extra cool. I am very pleased with the look, fit and feel of this watch. Feels solid, looks amazing and does not feel inexpensive at all. Very happy.
