We offer free battery changes for life! Please complete the Service Request Form above to request a free battery change.

How do I send my watch?
We recommend shipping your watch with insurance and adult signature required using a major courier such as FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that one of our team members has not signed for.
We do not recommend sending your package with USPS.
