Does LIV offer exchanges & returns?

Yes! Exchanges and returns (within 90 days of you receiving the order) for unworn and unmodified items are always free at LIV Watches.

How do I get a return label for an exchange?

We offer free return shipping for US customers that want to exchange for a different LIV timepiece; a return label will be sent to you via email as soon as we receive your exchange form. Click here to initiate.

Outside the US: Only use FedEx, UPS, or DHL when returning or exchanging an item. Do not use USPS or any local postal service to send back your item. 

What is LIV's return policy?
