Can I combine orders on multiple accounts into a single account?
We cannot combine accounts at this time and urge you to use a single email address for orders on freeflyapparel.com to ensure you receive credit toward Freedom Finders loyalty program tier status for every qualifying purchase made going forward. How do I leave the program?
If you no longer want to be a Freedom Finder or have an account on Free Fly Apparel, please reach out to email@example.com to have your account removed.
How long does my status last?
Your Freedom Finder status is determined by how much you spend every 12 months after the date you were enrolled (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your account. Note that there is a 30-day delay in the spend calculation that places you in your tier status. Visit our Terms and Conditions page to view full program details.
How will I know when I qualify for a new tier?
Once you've placed an order that qualifies you to level up tiers, you'll receive an email within 30 days letting you know that you've moved up and what benefits you have unlocked.
What happens when I make a return?
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
I made a purchase but didn't see changes in my status tier!
Don't worry - after you place an order, there's a 30-day delay in spend calculations. If you do move up to a higher tier, you will receive an email to inform you and you can always check your status by logging into your account.
Will my previous spend be counted towards my current status tier?
At program launch in March 2020, if you have an existing account on freeflyapparel.com, you will automatically be placed into the appropriate tier based on your qualifying purchases made on freeflyapparel.com within the previous 12 months. Your account will then follow the outlined program and update based on spend every 12 months.
What doesn't count towards my status?
Purchases made with gift cards or store credit are not eligible towards your Freedom Finders status. For more information around eligible purchases, view our Terms & Conditions here.
What if I buy Free Fly in a dealer location?
Freedom Finders is only eligible for purchases made on freeflyapparel.com
What are the benefits?
The benefits of the program vary depending on your tier status, but all Freedom Finders receive a birthday gift, access to order history and tracking, free shipping based on eligibility, and more.
How and when will I receive my birthday gift?
All Freedom Finders who have indicated their birthday within their account will be sent a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Free Fly Apparel. Login to your account to indicate your birthday.
How and when will I receive my annual gift?
If you are in the Freedom tier, you are eligible for an annual gift. You will receive an email with additional information when your gift is ready for redemption. Make sure to update your email preferences to stay informed.
