I purchased the 44MM LIV GX Ceramic Diver's Steel Black, approximately 2 months ago. This is my second LIV watch! It is absolutely gorgeous! Having several automatic watches in my collection, I know that they are not 100% accurate, and do require an occasional time reset. My recent LIV purchase, started losing about 4-5 seconds a day, which is completely within tech specifications. To avoid having to adjust the time every few days, I would set the watch 30 seconds ahead to compensate for the gradual loss of time. One morning, I set the time 30 seconds ahead, and went to work. The next morning, I measured the time against my reference timepiece (Casio atomic solar), and it was 10 seconds slow. That means, it lost 40 seconds in 24 hrs! Unacceptable! I contacted LIV, via text, and expressed my concerns! James responded extremely fast, acknowledging my concerns with extreme professionalism! He stated that the watch, most likely, needed an adjustment, and to send it to LIV watches, in Miami, FL. The entire process was sooo easy! I was sent periodic updates via email, about the status of my watch, while in their care. My watch was not broken, or defective, but needed an adjustment. My watch was returned within 3 weeks. I've since checked my everyday for a week, and it is accurate to within +/- 1-2 seconds a day! At the end of the day, I'll put the watch my watch winder, and in the morning the time is back to the exact second! Awesome!!! Thanks to everyone at LIV, for an awesome experience!
