ETA Valjoux 7750

This watch runs on the ETA Valjoux 7750, the Swiss automatic chronograph movement that has powered more serious chronographs than any other. Built for pilots and racers, it's known worldwide for durability and easy servicing.

The 7750 has 25 jewels and beats at 28,800 vph. That gives it a smooth, sweeping seconds hand and lets the chronograph measure to 1/8 of a second. It times events up to 12 hours with its 30-minute and 12-hour counters, and it shows both the day and the date. Its cam-lever system gives the pushers their firm, mechanical feel. The power reserve is about 48 hours when fully wound.

Every movement is individually tested before casing and ships with its own accuracy certificate, certified to ±5 seconds per day.

The screw-down crown threads tightly into the case and presses against a gasket to seal out water, dust, and pressure. Screw it in snugly after setting the time, and the case stays sealed.
